**All appointments require a deposit that goes toward your services rendered. There will be a 10-minute grace period for all clients. Anything after 10 minutes will be considered late and will be charged a $20 late fee. After 20 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit forfeited. **Appointments can be rescheduled once within 24 hours of services. Anything after 24 hours will be canceled and the deposit forfeited. If you the client do not reach out to cancel the appointment that is considered a notification call no show and 50% of your appointment will be charged. If you block your card from being charged from the policy that you are agreeing to, you will not be able to book until the payment is made. Please communicate and you /we can avoid all of this.
